ECN 378 - Economic Analysis of Law

(3) Credits
Economics analysis of basic institutions of legal systems. Emphasis is on laws that are not directly intended to regulate the economy, including property, contract, tort, criminal and procedural law. Labor and antitrust law will be discussed only tangentially. (Generally offered winter and summer semesters of even years).
Prerequisite(s): (ECN 200 and ECN 201) or ECN 210 with a minimum grade of 2.0 in each course.
