CSI 2340 - Ruby for Web Developers

This course introduces the dynamic programming language Ruby – focusing on language fundamentals, debugging and external language binding techniques, and extremely popular web development framework Ruby on the Rail (ROR). The basic ROR topics include discussion of convention over configuration as used by ROR and RESTful web development with practical exercises. (Formerly CSE 234)
Prerequisite(s): (CIT 130 or CSE 130 or CSI 1300) or (CIT 230 or CSE 230 or CSI 2300).
