CMOS Very Large Scale Integrated Circuits design methodology for rapid implementation and evaluation. From digital systems level to circuit, device, and processing layout. Combinational and sequential circuit characterization and performance estimation. Inverters, logic, and transmission gates switching characteristics. Reliability and yield. Application Specific ICs design projects using professional CAD tool-suites. With laboratory. (Formerly ECE 485)
