ECN 3780 - Economic Analysis of Law (3) Economic analysis of basic institutions of legal systems. Emphasis is on laws that are not directly intended to regulate the economy, including property, contract, tort, criminal and procedural law. Labor and antitrust law will be discussed only tangentially. (Generally offered winter and summer semesters of even years). (Formerly ECN 378) Prerequisite(s): [(ECN 201 or ECN 2010 ) and (ECN 200 or ECN 2000 ) or (ECN 202 or ECN 2020 )] or (ECN 210 or ECN 2100 ) with a minimum grade of 2.0 in each course.
