The basic elements of managerial finance. Topics include: capital budgeting techniques, financial structure and analysis, the cost of capital, working capital management and international financial management. For all SBA students, recommend (QMM 241 or QMM 2410) prior to or concurrent with (FIN 322 or FIN 3220). For finance major students, also recommend (ACC 301 or ACC 3010) concurrent with (FIN 3220). Prerequisite(s): (ECN 201 or ECN 2010) and (ECN 200 or ECN 2000) or (ECN 202 or ECN 2020) or (ECN 210 or ECN 2100) and (ACC 210 or ACC 2100) and (MTH 122 or MTH 1222) or (MTH 154 or MTH 1554) and [(STA 225 or STA 2220) or (STA 226 or STA 2226) or (QMM 240 or QMM 2400)] with a minimum grade of 2.0 in each course.
