Examines population change from a national and international perspective. Emphasizes how race, class, and gender influence migration, fertility, and mortality. Provides an overview of how social factors influence population characteristics and affect the social world. Identical with (WGS 308 or WGS 3860 ). (Formerly SOC 308)
