This course presents the theory and practice of IT project management. Topics include financial modeling, cost and effort estimation, project risk management, and project evaluation and selection as well as topics in IT project sponsorship, stewardship and leadership. IT entrepreneurship and marketing are emphasized throughout the course. (Formerly CIT 450)
Prerequisite(s): (CIT 352 or CSI 3520) and major standing in IT.
