Health Assessment lab is a preparatory course designed to provide nursing students with a level of scientific knowledge and technologic skills required to provide client care with a responsible, caring nature. This course focuses on nursing knowledge and skills necessary to conduct an adult physical assessment and document assessment findings on a healthy adult. Deviations from normal adult physical assessment and geriatric assessment findings will also be identified.
