NRS 6682 - Regional Anesthesia and Pain Management

(3 credits)

This course addresses advanced concepts of nurse anesthesia practice in regional anesthesia, pain management, and ultrasound guided regional techniques. Emphasis will be on the integration and application of regional anethesia principles to achieve effective regional anesthesia as well as acute and chronic pain management. Simulation and in-class demonstration will be used.PreReq:  NRS 7722  and BIO 5602
