MUE 540 - Oakland University Jazz Band

(0 or 1)

A big band jazz ensemble performing traditional and contemporary jazz literature. Experience will be gained in ensemble and improvisational performance . One of the following activities or duties will also be assigned: a musicological study of the work performed, section leader, section rehearsal assistant, assistant conductor, or ensemble manager. Membership by audition.
