EXS 2500 - Stress Management (2) Students will learn concepts and skills to enable them to manage stress effectively. This course is experiential and interactive. The course presents materials on exercise, time management, meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, and other stress management techniques. Offered every semester, some semesters online.
