The legal framework of business decisions. Introduction to the legal system and a survey of government regulation of business. Legal, ethical and political issues in employment, consumer protection, antitrust and business associations. (Formerly MGT 350)
Prerequisite(s): (COM 201 or COM 2000 ) or (COM 202 or COM 2403 ) with a minimum grade of 2.0 and junior standing.
