ORG 4340 - Advanced Human Resources Management

Discussion of advanced topics in human resources. Topics include compensation, employee involvement, information systems, development, assessment and selection. A project is required.(Formerly ORG 434)
Prerequisite(s): (ORG 331 or ORG 3310 ) and (QMM 241 or QMM 2410 ) or (QMM 250 or QMM 2500 ), with a minimum grade of 2.0 in each course and junior standing.
