(3 credits) Concepts in Quality and Operational Excellence are developed through the study of the quality gurus (Deming, Juran, etc.), quality methodologies, and development of corporate culture which offers insight as a total business solution to achieve operational excellence in business.
Prerequisite(s): Student must meet the prerequisite (ORG 530) or have completed a course in organizational behavior.
