MUS 6449 - Teaching for Musical Understanding in Beginning Instrumental Music

(2 credits)

Principles and practices of teaching music and their relationships to current theories of learning. Emphasis on the development of musical understanding in a beginning instrumental music setting through an interactive, constructivist approach.
