NRS 6627 - Advanced Concepts in Gerontology (3 credits)
Students will integrate concepts of the aging adult through the synthesis of theoretical, scientific research and genetic evidence. Specialized concepts of primary care and education with the aging adult and their families/caregivers will be explored. This course will incorporate multicultural context that guides advanced practice nursing for diverse populations including the bulnerable and medically underserved.
