Achieving a Lean Green Belt CE Certificate will allow participants to tackle targeted concerns within a value stream and be considered a generalist in the area of lean. Participants will attain a mindset of continuous improvement and a respect for the roles of people throughout the organization, and will complete a Green Belt-level project that demonstrates their knowledge of lean principles.
