CNS 6500 - Mental Health Counseling (4 credits)
Survey key issues in providing mental health consultation and human services. Legal, historical and social factors are examined including examples of systems approaches to the delivery of employment, mental health, vocational rehabilitation and welfare services. Includes deliver of human services in business and industry settings.
Prerequisite(s): Student must be admitted to the MA in clinical mental health degree program or have department permission.
