BIO 4211 - Molecular Biology Laboratory

Introduction to molecular techniques including nucleic acid isolation and amplification, restriction fragment analysis, gel electrophoresis and genome-editing. Students will design and execute experiments and perform basic phenotypic and cytological analyses.
Pre/Corequisite(s): BIO 4210 (if prerequisite, with a grade of (C) or higher) or permission of instructor.
