Includes a review of sociological perspectives, social control of alcohol and drugs, descriptions of alcohol/drug behavior and treatment programs. Also explores ways in which substance abuse problems can be addressed by policy makers, health care professionals and practitioners in the field of substance abuse. Identical with CRJ 3300.
