The Career Development Facilitator Training course is a non-credit offering that provides training to individuals who provide or incorporate career development information or skills in their work with students, adults, clients, employees or the public. A CDF completes at least 120 instructional hours and can apply those hours towards earning their Global Career Development Facilitator Certificate.
