ECE 4305 - Electromagnetics II (4) This course provides an introduction to radio wave propagation, antennas and communications systems. Students will learn plane wave propagation through uniform and isotropic media, wave reflection and transmission at normal incidence, complex propagation constant, wave polarization, wave impedance, Poynting vector, basic radiation and antenna principles and satellite communications systems and radar sensors. Course includes laboratories. Prerequisite(s): ECE 3300 and major standing
