PSY 4979 - Seminar: Resilient Aging (4) Advanced seminar examining psychological resilience in late life. Empirical and theoretical perspectives in developmental psychology emphasize resilience and healthy adaptation in late life, particularly as these pertain to personality factors, stress management, coping, social resources, neurological plasticity, health maintenance and thriving. Recommended that students complete PSY 3230 . Satisfies the university general education requirement for the capstone experience.
