This course is designed to support ECLIPSE student participants and their achievement of Silver Level status within the program. Participants directly engage each other in interactive skill building initiatives encompassing the four program pillars of interprofessional collaborative practice: communication, roles/responsibilities, teamwork and values/ethics. Additionally, all students will be required to participate in out-of-classroom and online components in order to receive a satisfactory grade.
