CEBA 15300 - Agile Project Management Principles

The course provides students with a solid foundation of Agile principles and practices. Throughout the course, students will be presented with best practices in Agile approaches including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Extreme Programming (XP), and Feature-Driven Development (FDD). The course fulfills the PMI’s 21 contact hours of training in Agile practices required to sit for the PMI-ACP exam.
