Survey of the development of social welfare programs in the U.S. and internationally. Issues related to the problems of poverty, policy analysis and program evaluation related to social welfare in the U.S. and other countries are examined. Identical with SW 3302.
General Education Requirement(s): Satisfies the university general education requirement for a writing intensive course in the major. Prerequisite for writing intensive: completion of the university writing foundation requirement.
Prerequisite(s): SOC 1000 or SW 2301, and WRT 1060 or equivalent with a grade of (C) or higher
