In this course, students will gain hands-on experience in community nutrition program planning, implementation, and evaluation, under the supervision and guidance of community-based partners. Students will gain an understanding of utilizing community nutrition assessment information to plan theoretically-based community nutrition interventions. Students will explore evaluation methods appropriate in various settings.
