A beginning course in the fundamentals of Hebrew language and Israeli cultures. This course is designed for true beginners or students with minimal prior experience, or equivalent placement. Conducted in Hebrew.
General Education Requirement(s): HBR 1140, or any HBR course with 1140 as a prerequisite, satisfies the university general education requirement in the language and culture knowledge exploration area.
