Provides students the opportunity to integrate their theoretical and practical work in women and gender studies. Students examine a subject using critical analysis and methodological skills, and demonstrate their abilities through class discussion, presentations and critical writing assignments.
General Education Requirement(s): Satisfies the university general education requirement for the capstone experience. Satisfies the university general education requirement for a writing intensive course in the major. Prerequisite for writing intensive: completion of the university writing foundation requirement.
Additional Requirement(s): Junior or senior standing
Prerequisite(s): 16 credits in women and gender studies courses including WGS 3020 and WGS 3030 or approval of women and gender studies director
