In this course, students will begin to integrate the perspectives of various disciplines in order to understand health and health-care in particular populations and settings. This first course will prepare students for service learning by exploring interdisciplinary approaches to health professional learning and knowledge application, as well as connecting to community partners in anticipation of the following semester.
