Link theoretical knowledge and empirical evidence about a key criminal justice question to inform and improve public policy. Students will hone their knowledge of a criminal justice issue of their choice and conduct an independent project culminating in a research paper.
General Education Requirement(s): Satisfies the university general education requirement for the capstone experience. Satisfies the university general education requirement for a writing intensive course in the major. Prerequisite for writing intensive: completion of the university writing foundation requirement.

Prerequisite(s): CRJ 4950 and WRT 1060 with a grade of (C) or higher
