CSI 1210 - Problem Solving Using VBA and Excel

Introduction to problem solving and programming using Excel and VBA. Students will be able to demonstrate knowledge of common Excel functions, and tools like charts and tables, in addition to writing VBA for Excel and one other MS Office application. Automation of tasks will be accomplished through the use of Excel macros, VBA code, and an understanding of programming structures such as loops and decisions, variables and event driven procedures. Students can receive credit for CSI 1200 or CSI 1210, but not both. Intended for Information Technology majors and minors.
