Prepares students for entry into a variety of professional and intellectual endeavors in the field of communication and for engaging their role as ethical and responsible citizens in a democracy.
General Education Requirement(s): Satisfies the university general education requirement for the capstone experience. Satisfies the university general education requirement for a writing intensive course in the major. Prerequisite for writing intensive: completion of the university writing foundation requirement.
Additional Requirement(s): At least 20 credits of COM courses for COM majors or permission of instructor
Prerequisite(s): COM 3000 or COM 3002 or JMS 3003 or COM 3201 with a grade of (C) or higher
