Study of AI and machine learning algorithms customized for cybersecurity problems such as intrusion detection, malware classification, or network analysis. Topics include fundamentals of machine learning and deep learning, intelligent threat detection, user behavior analytics, machine learning in hacking, privacy-preserving machine learning, adversarial machine learning and countermeasures.Meets with CSI 5580. Credit may not be granted for both CSI 4580 and CSI 5580.
