Mathematics from ancient to modern times: its growth, development and place in culture. MTH 5014 is cross-listed with MTH 4014. Student cannot receive credit for both courses. Offered every winter.
General Education Requirement(s): Satisfies the university general education requirement for the capstone experience. Satisfies the university general education requirement for a writing intensive course in the major. Prerequisite for writing intensive: completion of the university writing foundation requirement.
Prerequisite(s): MTH 3002 and WRT 1060 or equivalent, each with a grade of (C) or higher
