PH 5450 - Applied Biostatistics in Public Health ( 3 credits)
This course will develop students’ competency in understanding, interpreting, and applying statistical concepts to characterize health burden, identify inequities and populations at risk, select interventions, and evaluate evidence for behavior, policy, and societal change. The course will provide foundational knowledge on descriptive and inferential statistics.
Corequisite(s): PH 5451.
