A study of racial, ethnic and religious groups, particularly those of the U.S., emphasizing their historical development, problems of adjustment and assimilation and contemporary problems and trends. Identical with AN 3610. Offered summer, fall and winter semesters.

Satisfies the university general education requirement in the knowledge applications integration area. Prerequisite for knowledge applications integration: completion of the general education requirement in the social sciences knowledge exploration area.
