NTR 2651 - Nutrition Assessment Methods Laboratory

(1)
Application of concept related to the anthropometric, biochemical, clinical, dietary and ecological realms of nutrition assessment of individuals, groups, and communities. This course supplements and provide hands-on experience related to material covered in NTR 2650 .
Additional Requirement(s): Instructor permission required, if not taken as a corequisite with NTR 2650
