ECE 4600 - Design of AC Machines

This course covers the most important concepts on the design of AC electric machines. Step-by-step procedures to electromagnetically design AC electric machines e.g., induction machines and Permanent Magnet (PM) machines, is covered in this course by examining magnetic circuits, field distributions in electric machines and losses in electric machines.
