Urban Dance - (Hip Hop Styles), is a course designed to introduce students to the techniques and aesthetics of urban dance and hip hop. The class will cover a range of styles, including breaking, popping, locking, and house, as well as the cultural and historical context in which these styles have developed. Students will have the opportunity to learn and perform choreographed routines, as well as develop their own movement vocabulary through freestyle and improvisation.
