MUS 1211 - Basic Musicianship for Music Students

A study of traditional Western music notation systems, focusing on how those systems indicate to the performer the various elements of music. Emphasis on diatonic relationships within major and minor keys. Intended to prepare music majors and auditioned minors for MUS 1212 .
