This course focuses on methods, systems, behaviors, and Industry 4.0 technologies that enable the creation of sustainable products and solutions. The aim is to develop the knowledge and skills required to create strategic plans for short- and long-term industrial sustainability using the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) framework. The curriculum emphasizes case studies to demonstrate the practical application of scientific theories in real-world industrial scenarios to implement and measure sustainable practices. Upon completion of the course, students would have developed skills on how to implement sustainability initiatives and practices in different industrial settings.
