This course prepares students to communicate effectively with Spanish speaking individuals in counseling contexts. It aims to help students achieve an intermediate to intermediate-high level in Spanish, and places special emphasis on oral communication in areas related to psychology and social work. This course familiarizes students with Spanish technical vocabulary related to psychology and social work to better equip them in their future careers with Spanish speaking patients.
Prerequisite(s): SPN 3140 highly recommended.
