Applied Statistics Minor

Requirements for the minor in applied statistics

 To qualify for the minor in applied statistics, students must take a minimum of 20 credits of STA courses including:

• STA 226 - Applied Probability and Statistics (4)
• STA 402 - Applied Linear Models I (4)
• At least three other STA courses at the 300 level or above, excluding STA 501 and 502.

• Each course used to satisfy the minor requirements must be completed with a grade of at least 2.0.
