Requirements for the liberal arts minor in African and African-American Studies

A minimum of 20 credits of coursework consisting of:

Introductory course in the chosen region of study
Sixteen additional credits as indicated for each world area, including up to, but no more than, eight credits of language study appropriate to the chosen area, at any level
