Lean Leadership Minor

Lean leadership is a specialized minor for students who want to enhance their career opportunities through lean knowledge, practice and leadership in the workplace. Upon completion of the minor students will receive a lean green belt certificate.

Requirements for minor in Lean Leadership

All students interested in pursuing the minor must meet with an academic adviser in HRD. The minor requires 22 credits.The student must earn a final course grade of C+ or higher in each of the required courses in order for the class to be counted for the minor.
