Requirements for a liberal arts minor in anthropology

To earn a minor in anthropology, students must complete 20 credits distributed as follows:

1. Required courses

AN 1111 - Introduction to Cultural Anthropology (4)
AN 1511 - Human Evolution and Archaeology (4)

2. A minimum of 12 credits in anthropology courses at the 3000-4000 level

Applicable Majors

All Majors can declare this Minor with the exception of the following Major(s): Anthropology, Anthropology, B.A., Concentration in Linguistics, and Sociology/Anthropology.
