Sport Management Minor (Pending Final Approval)

The Sport Management Minor complements a variety of business majors, but is also available for students from across the university. Whether aiming to be a leader within sports-related businesses, organizations, or services, students will develop practical skills that are highly relevant in today’s rapidly evolving sports management landscape.

Students can acquire sports related business knowledge and apply it to a variety of sports, entertainment, and community related industries, by gaining an understanding of the issues and topics related to the sports industry. Through a combination of coursework and an immersive educational experience, students will delve into key topics such as the business of sport management, sport law, ethics, governance, compliance, sports marketing, and data analytics.
