Orchestral performance of repertoire from the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. Several concerts per year, on and off campus. Accompaniments for solo concertos and university choral groups. At least one of the following activities or duties will be assigned: a musicological study of the work performed, section leader, section rehearsal assistant, assistant conductor, or ensemble manager. Graded Satisfactory/ Unsatisfactory. Membership by audition.
