SYS 5469 - Computer Simulation in Engineering

Simulation as modeling tool for discrete-event and continuous systems; general principles of simulation; statistical models; input modeling; random variable generation; model building using a commercial simulation language; model verification and validation; determination of run length; output analysis; variance reduction techniques.
